Dress Code

A USED  UNIFORM  SALE was held at the end of the school year. A few used items are available.

Uniform items may be purchased online and through the St. Charles Spirit Shop. When ordering online from Land's End and Schoolbelles please use our school code.  Your purchase helps benefit the school.

Girls

Shirts - long or short sleeved, with collar; button completely down front or button tab front; no ruffles, lace or embroidery; polo or knit shirts acceptable; white, cardinal red, or navy blue in color; turtlenecks are permissible

Jumper - grades PreK-3, optional grade 4; royal york plaid

Skirt - grades 5-8, optional grade 4; royal york plaid
Purchase used at the Used Uniform Sale or new from Schoolbelles or Lands' End.

Tights/Leggings: Cardinal red, white, navy blue, and black in color (plain colors only – no words/logos/stripes/designs/etc.), Tights and cable-knit tights are both okay, They cannot be baggy, No ankles should show… skin should be covered 
-In other words, if you can make leggings look like traditional footed tights, you’re good to go!

Boys

Shirts - long or short sleeved, with collar; button completely down front or button tab front; polo or knit shirts acceptable; white, cardinal red, or navy blue in color; turtlenecks are permissible

Girls and Boys

Sweaters - traditional cardigan, v-neck or crew neck style; sleeveless sweater vests permitted; white, cardinal red, or navy blue in color; school fleece or sweatshirts sold through spirit shop permitted

Pants -Solid navy in color, No flares, No bellbottoms, No slits cut up the front or sides, No cargo pockets, Pants should be plain, tailored pants of twill or corduroy, Pants should be straight-legged (as in a Docker-style pant), Pants should be hemmed or cuffed, Pants may not be rolled up or worn tucked into socks

Shorts - plain, tailored, twill shorts; solid navy only; may be worn from August until November 1 and April 1 through June

Fleece - long-sleeved, red or blue, available through School Spirit Shop

Sweatshirts - long sleeve, red or blue, pull-over, no hood, school mascot or logo, available through School Spirit Shop
