Tuition & Fees

In discussions with the St. Charles School Board and the St. Charles Parish Finance Committee, and after budgeting expected expenses and needed income for the 2022-2023 school year, the proposed tuition for the 2023-2024 school year has been submitted and approved by the diocesan Catholic Schools Ofice. Please note that the tuition amount, for the convenience of our families, already includes all fees (textbook rental, workbooks, technology, etc.) related to the child's education.

SCBS Tuition and Fees 2024-2025

The instructional fees are included in the tuition and combined with textbook, technology, registration, and educational field trip fees which together are paid in 12 monthly installments of equal amounts, May through April.

Various scholarships, including Indiana Choice (vouchers), Popp, Northeast Indiana SGO, Koors, etc., will be applied and assistance (where qualified) to help offset the cost of tuition.

FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will again be conducting the financial need analysis for St. Charles Borromeo School for the 2024-25 school year. Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation (including tax info for the 2023 fiscal year) to FACTS Grant & Aid by April 12, 2024. Applicants can apply online beginning March 5, at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3Y2X3. All applications require online payment of $40 for processing. You may have used this service for BDHS or for an SGO in the past, please see the paper included in the packet which will be sent to each family in March for additional information.
