Our school planners this year are themed “Growing in Faith”. One of the Theological Virtues is FAITH. Faith is the virtue by which we believe in God and believe all that he has said and revealed to us, and that the Church proposes for our belief. This gift of Faith is a supernatural gift of God. We need God’s gift of the Holy Spirit to help us grow in Faith. We need the encouragement of each other and the good example of each other if we are to grow in our Faith. We need good friends and people around us to help us as the scripture passages here note:
“The Lord God said, ‘It is not good for the man to be alone.’”
“Therefore, encourage one another and build each other up!” 1 Thessalonians 5:11
Dear Parents and Students,
I hope you are well! We have had a very active week here in school with much instruction, learning, football games, cross country, excessive outdoor heat, and a splash of the Delta virus here and there! Next week will bring cooler weather and students returning from quarantine, but we will probably be slogging through this for most of September. Please be patient with us as our faculty and staff are filling in for one another behind the scenes as some are home sick and others are out because their own children are home sick. We do have a great team behind the scenes, and along with your understanding and support, we will work through this as before.
