Dear Parents and Students - I hope you are well. As you know, Parent-Teacher Conferences take place next week and the schedule is a bit different for the week. Please look over the box above and make a note that there is no delay on Wednesday as we will be dismissing early at 1:00 p.m. to accommodate conferences. Thank you for your children! Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it. A parent/teacher conference is a meeting between a child’s parents and teacher to discuss the child’s academic, physical, social, and spiritual formation. This is a time to talk about any challenges your child might be having, and also to learn about those areas in which your child does well. Conferences give the teacher a chance to learn about your child’s life outside of school and allow parents and educators to work together so your child can get the most out of his or her education.
Below find a brief list for review to help focus your thoughts and help create smooth & enjoyable meetings. Thank you parents for your children! Thank you Teachers for helping parents form their children for this earth, but most importantly for Heaven. -Rob S.
Saint Charles eLearning 2023-2024 Update for Parents
Update for eLearning Thursday, October 26, 2023 - We want to encourage students to get the work done as much as possible on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday as that Wednesday will be busy for all with the early dismissal followed by Conferences and Thursday will be fleeting for many mentally as a three-day weekend beckons.
We will activate eLearning for student access on Sunday, October 22nd at 1pm.
Official Teacher Office hours will be Thursday, October 26th from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Assignments for Thursday are due on Monday, October 30th at 8:00 a.m.

Parents: Below is a table to help all understand how we will use eLearning days this year. We will use three (3) eLearning Days following the old format that we have used over the past five years. We will use one (1) non-live eLearning days this Thursday and we will use two more non-live days before we try the new ‘synchronous’ (live) eLearning format after that. By the end of next week, all of our Teachers will have practiced with the students as to the new procedures and they will have made contact with parents as to any new expectations. We need to practice, from home, the new version sooner, rather than later, or we will never work out any bugs we may have. So please re-read the explanations below and refer to the table to have a simpler understanding of what is coming.
